We understand the importance of Household safety skills which ensures you of a safe home for your and your family. Our maids are taught to avoid household accidents, be independent and to manage the household with confidence. We provide our maids with home safety books and video by the Ministry of Manpower. 

We aim for an all rounded training programme. Our foreign domestic workers undergo at least one month of training and on the job training at local families overseas. They are tested for efficiency by our qualified trainers using a practical examination. Each personally interviewed and selected by Mr Stephen Chia. Only the best, serious and well-trained are chosen for Singapore deployment while the rest are sent to Malaysia to gain 2 more years of experience.

Our Consultants would orientate them thoroughly about their duties , what is and what is not acceptable. Important Singapore work permit regulations, Employment Of Foreign Workers act, mannerism and discipline are emphasized. Orientation videos are shown to them. We hope to minimize the culture shock in working in an completely different environment and preparing them well towards working 2 good years for your family.
